I am a creative professional with over a decade of experience in design management. I specialize in developing immersive exhibitions for a diverse range of environments, including cultural, corporate, and public spaces.

  • I’m primarily focused on driving the creative process, helping cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams develop concepts, set priorities, and ensure progress from concept to installation.

    Past projects have typically included creative media, technical and physical design that required synchronized, collaborative alignment throughout the creative process.

    I have coordinated double-digit, cross-border, and remote teams effectively, utilizing both in-person and virtual design methods. I serve as a communicative link between creative teams, executives, and clients. I focus keenly on risk, impacts, and opportunities, managing project communication, schedule, budget, and assets.

    My main goal is to advance creative development by managing logistics and building cross-functional strategies that improve efficiency and quality.

    I am always evaluating the narrative capabilities inherent in all design mediums and considering ways to reinforce creative intent, authenticity and accessibility.

  • When working on exhibition projects integrating digital media and technology, I support creative teams in developing compelling media stories by maintaining organized production pipelines and managing cross departmental needs for collaborative work.

    Past projects have included custom photoshoots, animation or live action production, game design, artist commissions and physical fabrication for an array of spaces and audiences.

    I provide hands-on, day-to-day management for production teams, including Creative Directors, Designers, Content Writers, Videographers, Editors and crew.

    I also have experience in audio visual production for small, live stage shows and events. This includes logistical planning, technical diagramming, sourcing industry-grade production equipment and managing a team of trained AV engineers and crew to build and operate the production.

    Whether collaborating with in-house talent or external vendors, I ensure all team members adhere to relevant timelines, budget constraints, creative and executive direction.

  • My experience includes cultivating meaningful community engagement to reinforce concepts, test design approaches, identify priorities, raise funds, and increase interest in collaboration with the end users. 

    In prioritizing the target audience in all phases of creative development, I utilize surveys, research, and workshops to deeply understand the audience and identify critical social and cultural considerations. This ensures the project teams I work with can integrate valuable feedback from diverse communities.
